O'Leary facing Aston Villa exit

Aston Villa players are turning on manager David O'Leary.

The Sun says several players will tell chairman Doug Ellis they have lost all confidence in the beleaguered Irishman.
And they will blame O'Leary for the Villagate controversy which has sent the club spiralling into crisis.
One source close to a senior player said last night: "The players are far more upset with O'Leary than Ellis. They'll be glad to see the back of him."
O'Leary has insisted he knew nothing about the meeting that led to the criticism of Ellis last week.
But if he is implicated by the players the former Leeds gaffer faces being sacked for gross misconduct - without a penny in compensation.
Already there is talk of former Charlton chief Alan Curbishley and ex-Celtic boss Martin O'Neill being lined up as possible replacements.
