Man Utd push Rooney to shake hands with Ronaldo

Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo may make a public show of their friendship as the latter returns to Manchester United training today.
The People says United are considering whether to ask the pair to pose for a handshake to show all is well with the two star players.
Rooney himself is against the idea and that senior players such as Gary Neville and Rio Ferdinand are also opposed to any publicity stunts.
But Rooney's advisers and United management might yet persuade the England striker to give a public display of unity with his under-fire Portuguese team-mate.
