Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo has told his family to stay away from Manchester.

Ronaldo returns today to the club's Carrington training base for the first time since the storm over his part in Rooney's red card in England's quarter-final exit.
The Sun says he has told mum Maria Dolores, brother Hugo and sister Liliana not to return to Manchester, where they have lived with him for much of the last two seasons.
United will step up security for the winger's return. But he fears his family will not be safe after his house was attacked by vandals and he received death threats.
