Pompey set to bag Sol

Video Safari

Portsmouth are set to clinch the signing of England defender Sol Campbell.
Campbell has been considering his options after it was confirmed last month that he would be departing Arsenal.
Pompey boss Harry Redknapp has never disguised his desire to land Campbell and he now looks to have beaten a host of clubs to the signature of the 31-year-old.
It is believed Campbell is under going a medical on the South Coast, with a view to him signing a deal at Fratton Park.
Many, including Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, thought Campbell was heading abroad and there were no shortages of offers, but he looks to have instead opted to remain in The Premiership.
