Wigan Athletic are set to sign Birmingham City striker Emile Heskey in a £5.5 million deal.

Birmingham have accepted Paul Jewell's bid for the former England striker as they rebuild for life in the Championship.
Heskey, 28, has scored just 16 goals in 78 appearances for Brum.
But Latics boss Jewell needs firepower after failing in an £8.5m move for Andy Johnson and seeing £3m Jason Roberts join Blackburn last week.
Jewell said: "It's an open secret we've made the bid. He's a player who could do very well for us."
Henri Camara was Wigan's most expensive signing at £3.1m last year.
Jewell also approached Blackburn about Robbie Savage but was told the midfielder is not for sale.
Savage, 31, said: "I am more than happy here."
