Mijatovic happy with Beckham

Real Madrid Sporting Director, Predrag Mijatovic, has confirmed that David Beckham is in talks with Real over a new contract.
Despite media speculation and the loss of his starting place to new arrival Jose Reyes, Real insist that the former England Captain is happy to stay, and will begin talks over the length of a new contract.
Mijatovic: "The renewal of Beckham's contract is the decision of the Club, he is very keen to stay here."
Beckham's alleged loss of form has seen him removed from the England set up by the new coach and it has been rumoured that his importance for Real has diminished.
"We are all delighted with Beckham and he wants to stay, those are the two fundamental things."
