Barcelona striker Javier Saviola remains a target for Aston Villa, insists his agent.
Saviola has already rejected a switch to Bolton but Villa, backed by billionaire new owner Randy Lerner, could have the cash to tempt him to the Premiership.
Agent Alfredo Cabrera - when asked if the Midlanders had made a bid for his client - said: "It is true. We have options in Spain, England and Italy, but there will not be definitive movement until Wednesday."
