Arsenal hope for changed Cole

Arsenal are convinced Ashley Cole's move to Chelsea is now dead.
Gunners' sources have told The Sun that talks have broken down between the clubs because Chelsea would not consider letting them have William Gallas.

Blues offered a straight swap of Gallas for Cole but Arsenal dismissed that as a ludicrous proposition.
They offered £5million for Gallas while demanding £25m for Cole, which was rejected outright.
Cole's immediate future with Arsenal appears to be with the reserves. He made a shock appearance for them in a 4-0 win over Charlton on Monday.
His explosive book, which slams the Gunners, was due for publication at the end of this month but will now either have to be put on ice or significantly modified.
Chairman Peter Hill-Wood said: "If he is going to stay, I hope his attitude is right. If he is going to be miserable and sour, there is no point. Hopefully, he will get his head right."
