Alvaro Recoba's future at Inter Milan remains in doubt.
It's been revealed the striker is back in Montevideo and yet to sign his new Inter contract. Recoba was excused from preseason training yesterday "for personal reasons".
The striker had agreed a two-year deal, with the option of another year, 20 days ago, but the contract is still to be submitted to Lega offices, fueling speculation Recoba could be about to end his ten-year stint at Inter.
