Betis agree Joaquin fee with Valencia

Real Betis wing ace Joaquin is set to join Valencia.

The Spanish international winger stated his desire to leave Real Betis earlier this week, saying: "I have achieved everything that is possible at Betis.
"I have told (Betis coach Javier) Irureta that it is time for me to leave for another club."
And now, according to Spanish daily Marca, Betis have already agreed a deal to send Joaquin to the Mestalla.
The agreement is reportedly for 18 million Euros (£12.2million) plus Valencia's left-sided Uruguayan midfielder Mario Regueiro.
If Valencia can land Joaquin for that price it would represent a major coup - he was one of Europe's hottest properties during the last two summers.
