Chelsea strike deal with Juventus veteran Cannavaro

Chelsea have agreed terms with Juventus defender Fabio Cannavaro over a three-year contract worth £15 million.
The deal for the Italy international, 32, was thrashed out between Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon and his agent, Gaetano Fedele, soon after Juve was indicted over their role in the Calciopoli scandal.
Il Giornale says Cannavaro will move to Chelsea for chump change due to his age and new FIFA laws regarding players over 28 years of age.
