Too late for superstar Ronaldinho

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has cooled talk of a sensational move for Barcelona superstar Ronaldinho.

Despite Milan president Silvio Berlusconi's declaration last week that he was "prepared to try" for the Brazilian, Galliani said last night: "The time to sign Ronaldinho was when he was with Gremio.
"PSG had the foresight to take a chance on him. Now, with him at Barcelona, I'm not sure about an operation. If he became available, the negotiating table would be very crowded."
