Crouch happy with Benitez

Peter Crouch does not see a reason why Rafa Benitez should ditch his rotation policy at Liverpool.

Benitez had gone 99 games without fielding the same line-up prior to picking his team for Tuesday's UEFA Champions League win over Bordeaux.
"I think it's a big thing outside of the dressing room," Crouch told Sky Sports News. "The manager has always had his way of changing players and rotating the team. It has worked well wherever he's been.
"It has worked well at Liverpool and I don't see a reason to change."
Crouch has been the victim of Benitez's rotation this season after coming on as a substitute as many times as he has started in the league.
He concedes he wants to be playing every game, but the striker is prepared to heed Benitez's advice as to when he requires a rest.
"You want to be playing games," continued Crouch. "As players we're greedy and we want to play every game.
"It's one of those things. Sometimes you feel you want to be playing and the manager feels you need a rest.
"You are not going to tell him when you are tired because you want to play every game.
"He will have opinions on who to rest and bring in for each game.
"Maybe you don't realise (when you need a rest) as you want to get out and do well for the club any time there's a game.
"The manager obviously makes his decision to rest you when he feels the need."
