Guti ends career with Real

Guti has committed to playing on at Real Madrid beyond his current contract.
The midfielder has verbally agreed a new, two-year contract extension with Real, which will keep him with the Spanish giants until 2010, says AS.
Guti has discussed the deal with Real sports chief Predrag Mijatovic and has verbally agreed terms.
"Guti has spent all his career in Madrid and we were not going to allow he leaves in two years in a bad way. If he wants, he will retire with us," said Real president Ramon Calderon.
