Villarreal president: Senna, Sorin can still be sold

Villarreal president Fernando Roig insists Juan Pablo Sorin and Marcos Senna remain on the market.

"We had reached an agreement with Bolton for Sorin but the player wasn't convinced by the deal that was on offer and he has come back to our club," Roig told the club's official website on Saturday.
"If we get another offer that interests both us and the player then we will accept it, if not then we will honour the two years that he has left on his contract.
"Manchester United have asked about Senna, but there is nothing settled yet.
"The English club will probably make contact with us again next week, but at the moment he remains a Villarreal player and if he isn't sold he will see out the remainder of his contract [until June 2007]."
