Portsmouth offer £12M for reluctant Martins

Portsmouth have tabled a £12 million bid for Inter Milan striker Obafemi Martins.
Corriere della Sera says Pompey made the offer yesterday, but Nigeria international Martins is reluctant to move to the south coast.
Martins' preference is Newcastle United or Tottenham. Roma are also considering a move for the pacy forward.
