Arsenal star Cesc to end Real Madrid rumours next week

Cesc Fabregas is expected to sign a new contract with Arsenal next week.
DiarioSport says the Spanish midfielder's agent, Joseba Diaz, will meet with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger next week to discuss an improved and longer term contract. Cesc's current deal runs to 2011.
Diaz admits: "They have said to us that he is not for sale, that he is a fundamental piece, that they will not sell him for even a thousand million euros and from this moment no longer is it necessary to speak with Real Madrid."
