Pardew backed by Kia

Video Safari

Kia Joorabchian is supportive of West Ham boss Alan Pardew.

The Iranian businessman is putting together a takeover bid for the club and a source told the Daily Mail:"Kia recognises the need for everyone to pull together.
"Talk of secret meetings with potential replacements is just futile. Alan is the manager and he has Kia's full support and backing, although he expects a quick improvement.
"The supporters demand a passionate manager, who reflects their own hopes and ambitions, which is why Alan is the manager. It's a worrying time and the need is for the players to deliver now.
"Anyone looking to buy into the club will want them towards the top half of the table and in a position to compete for a place in Europe.
"West Ham need a win - quickly - but this isn't the time to panic, especially when the manager retains the backing of fans."
