Inter Milan to offer £20M, players for Buffon
Inter Milan patron Massimo Moratti refuses to give up on prising Gigi Buffon away from Juventus.
Juve president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli rejected an approach from AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani over the weekend, while Buffon's agent declared he was "100 per cent certain" that the keeper would not leave during the winter market.
Moratti accepts the situation, but will press for a deal to come into effect at the end of this season.
He's ready to offer £20 million plus Francesco Toldo and Nicolas Burdisso in exchange for Buffon. A £4 million-a-year Inter contract is also waiting for the keeper should he accept the move.
