Arsenal skipper Thierry Henry has said new signing William Gallas is amongst the top 'two or three' defenders in world football.
"William knows the English game, he knows London, so I think there is nothing different there and you know the atmosphere in the dressing room at Arsenal is amazing so when a player comes in he settles in straight away," said Henry in an exclusive interview with Sky Sports News.
"As a player I know him, everyone knows him. He can play on the left, he can play on the right, he can play in the middle.
"He is an honest player and an honest guy so you always say he will always give 100 percent and to be honest, not because he is playing for us right now, but I will place him in one of the top two or three defenders in the world right now.
"It goes without saying for me.
"What he did for France in the last two years, what he did for Chelsea in the last two years, and what he has done for us also."
