Real Madrid coach Fabio Capello has confirmed he wants to hold onto Roberto Carlos.
The Brazilian met with Real sports chief Predrag Mijatovic last night and was told he was a wanted player.
Capello also said: "I spoke with him and I requested that he remains in Madrid. He is the best No3 in the world, I do not understand why we'd sell him. How could we do it?"
