Brazil turn on style against Ghana

Brazil turned on the style to thump Ghana 3-0 yesterday.
Ronaldo became the highest scorer in World Cup finals history as Brazil beat Ghana to book a quarter-final place against France.
The 29-year-old took just five minutes to go past Gerd Muller's tally of 14, latching on to Kaka's through ball and rounding Richard Kingson to slot home.
Adriano tapped in Cafu's cross and Ze Roberto ran through to wrap it up while Ghana's Asamoah Gyan was sent off.

John Mensah had the Africans' best chance, but Dida saved his header.
Ghana coach Ratomir Dujkovic said it "hurt" to have been sent off during the World Cup defeat to Brazil - and accused the referee of bias.
Dujkovic was banished from the dug-out at half-time after confronting Slovakian referee Michel Lubos.
"I told him it would be better if he put a yellow jersey (Brazil colours) on," Dujkovic said after the 3-0 loss.
"I have never been sent off in my life and it hurts. But I suppose there has to be a first time for everything."
Brazil coach Carlos Alberto Parreira had little sympathy for his counterpart, however, saying: "That is what losers do, they whinge and they cry."
Dujkovic was still bursting with pride, though, at his team's achievement in becoming the only African side to reach the last 16.
"They faced a great team, the world champions, who are the best in the competition," said Dujkovic.
"It is not a shame to lose to Brazil. I said before that Brazil were favoured to be champions, the world champions."
