Kanu, Davids want to end career with Ajax

Portsmouth striker Nwankwo Kanu admits he wants to close his career at former club Ajax.

The Nigerian revealed Tottenham midfielder Edgar Davids also wants to end his playing days at Ajax.
"My roots lie at Ajax," Kanu told Voetbal Magazine. "At Ajax, I became an adult. I would really like to back, you know.
"And Edgar also wants to go to Ajax.
"I think that we can still have a beautiful time together. Therefore, if Ajax want to come and negotiate, [I say] gladly!
"I would get on the plane to Amsterdam with my wife [Amarachi] and my child.
"I know Amsterdam very well. I am still there frequently, certainly at least once a month.
"Friends of mine live there. And my lawyer. I also still watch Ajax. Different team but the supporters are the same.
"I was happy in Amsterdam. Fortunately, with the city, with the club, with my friends."
