Arsenal looking at Torres

Arsenal could trump Premiership rivals Chelsea and Manchester United for Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres.
Torres resisted attempts from United over the summer to lure him to Old Trafford, while he is a favourite of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.
The Independent says Atletico are considering giving Arsenal first option on Torres to drop the asking price of Jose Reyes.
Reyes was the subject of talks between Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein and Atletico chief Miguel Angel Gil Marin yesterday at Emirates stadium.
