Arsenal, Man Utd revive Reo-Coker battle
Arsenal and Manchester United are going head-to-head for West Ham captain Nigel Reo-Coker.
The Sunday Mirror says despite the imminent arrival of Owen Hargreaves from Bayern Munich, Sir Alex Ferguson is determined to strengthen his midfield further.
But United will face stern opposition from arch-rivals Arsenal with Reo-Coker believed to favour a move across London.
The Gunners and United failed with £15million bids for Reo-Coker after Hammers manager Alan Pardew blocked the move shortly before the transfer window closed in August.
That led to a furious bust-up after the 22-year-old midfielder discovered the club had failed to inform him about either offer.
A truce was agreed but it has had a negative effect on Reo-Coker's form this season.
