Arsenal's Henry month away from full fitness

Arsenal striker Thierry Henry has revealed he is a long way off full fitness following his summer exertions in Germany with France.

Henry participated in all seven matches in Germany and claims he is still on his way back to peak condition.
The Frenchman and Freddie Ljungberg, who was in Sweden's World Cup squad, were both in action for Arsenal against Aston Villa at the weekend and Henry says they are some way away from full fitness.
"I am not even at 60 percent, no way near," Henry said in The Sun. "While Freddie Ljungberg tried ever so hard, and you have to give him credit for that, he is not fit either.
"Fitness-wise, I need another month. Certainly four or five games.
"Obviously players who were at the World Cup are in a similar position. But, this was only my second game while it was Freddie's first.
"Our preparation games are league matches rather than pre-season friendlies."
